Kickstarter 90% Percent In Transit
Happy Wednesday Everyone,
I don’t have too much excitement to report this week because I’ve been super busy with shipping to do much else. The good news on that front is that about 95% of the Kickstarter has been sent out.
Shipping Update:
Kits to the US: The ship Nordia carrying them is approaching the west coast of the US right now. From there they will be unloaded and individually shipped out. I will send you a tracking number as soon as I have them from the freight forwarder. We expect this process will take about two weeks.
Kits to the EU: Kits being shipped into the EU are making their way to the EU by train. We will send you a tracking number as soon as they are unloaded from the train and sent out individually. We also expect this process to take about two weeks.
Everyone Else: You should have received a tracking number at this point. If you haven’t gotten a tracking number and you think that you should have please check your Kickstarter messages. We have quite a few kits which are held up because of some missing information (like a phone number or address issue). I have sent Kickstarter messages to everyone who has missing information and we will get those in the mail ASAP.
Forums Highlights:
While I’ve been busy doing boring things like reformatting and cross checking spreadsheets full of addresses, the community has been making some awesome Maslow modifications.
Forum member @VetterTech created this stunningly brilliant replacement for the spindle lock which uses an over-center mechanism to lock and release the spindle with the flip of a switch. Amazing.
Forum member and IRL friend of mine @volodymyr also put together a phenomenal Maslow modification this week with this 3D printed laser pointer positioning guide that helps line your cuts up at just the right spot.
As you get your Maslow 4.1 put together don’t forget to join us in the Forums!
Have a great week everyone!
