Firmware 0.85 and Maslow 4.1

Firmware Update

The firmware changes that we introduced as an experiment last week seem to have gotten good reviews in the forums so here they are as a full release in 0.85.

As always, we would love to hear your feedback on what works and what doesn’t work for you.

JST-XH Boards are Back

JST-XH controller boards are back in stock. It was pointed out to us last week that we should be shipping them with new heatsinks and we’re still waiting for those heatsinks to arrive so they won’t actually start shipping until Friday, but there are in the shop and available to order now. Projects

We got updates to two of our favorite recent projects this week.

First @md8n won project of the week with his ocean plastic Adirondack chair last week and then doubled down with an updated version.

Then @Hughmama posted some gorgeous photos of his dome project which is absolutely mind blowing.

And then on a halloween theme @Earl made a fantastic Black Knight Sword for a halloween costume

And @kyleschoen built an absolutely splendid Garden of Evil sign for a Halloween party he was hosting.

Maslow 4.1 Launch

We would love to be able to keep doing this and that means keeping the lights on.

The part of the project that we are passionate about is designing, improving, and working with Maslow4, but an important part of being a business is selling things, and in order to keep the lights on and be able to keep working on Maslow4 we have to do that.

The kickstarter campaign will go live on Monday (probably around lunch time) and we would love any help that you can offer with sharing it with anyone or any community that you think could be interested. We are really excited to get production going again, but we can’t do it without your help.
